RDA to Hold Accounting Update Conference Call

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- RDA Holding Co., parent company of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc., will hold a conference call for debt and equity holders to provide an update on the company's fresh-start accounting subsequent to its emergence from pre-arranged Chapter 11 restructuring.  The audio-only call will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time and will be streamed online.  The call will be hosted by Tom Williams, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and will include a brief corporate update from Mary Berner, President and Chief Executive Officer.  The call will not cover financial results, which will be discussed at the scheduled Financial Call on May 27, 2010.  

The May 27 call will report on results for the six months ended December 31, 2009, as well as results for the First Quarter 2010 ended March 31, 2010.  Those financials are in the process of being completed on schedule under the terms of the company's financing documents.
