RCN Telecom Services, LLC to Release Fiscal Year 2013 Financial Results and Host Conference Call

PRINCETON, N.J., March 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RCN Telecom Services, LLC ("RCN") announced today that it intends to release its fiscal year 2013 financial results on its secure investor website at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 28, 2014. The financial results will be provided in accordance with the terms of the Indenture governing RCN's 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020 (the "Notes").

RCN will hold a conference call to discuss its fiscal year 2013 results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. The dial-in information for the call will be posted to RCN's secure investor website. During the conference call, representatives of RCN will discuss and answer questions concerning the company's business and financial matters.

Access to the financial results and conference call will be limited to holders and beneficial owners of the Notes, qualified prospective investors in the Notes, and certain security analysts and market makers.
