MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RAZR, the fast-growing engagement technology and design company, has announced that two senior marketing professionals have joined the firm.
Ed Illig has been named Vice President, Chief of Design. He comes to RAZR from HZDG in Washington, D.C., where he was VP interactive creative director. Illig's career spans more than two decades and includes distinguished tenures at some of the industry's most recognized design and marketing agencies.
He was also the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Brainstorm, and is the author of MediaSphere and several hundred articles on branding, design and digital marketing. In his newly created role at RAZR, Illig will oversee the firm's rapidly evolving team of creative talent.
The company has also announced that Kevin Walsh has been named Vice President, Chief of Experience Design. Walsh joins RAZR from Merkle, the nation's largest privately held agency, where he was VP of experience architecture.
Earlier in his career, Walsh held senior user experience, creative and strategy positions at leading digital agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Organic. Walsh's role at RAZR is also a new one, and reflects the company's quickly growing book of digital business.
