Raytheon's Dugle Appointed to Board of Directors of Intelligence and National Security Alliance
GARLAND, Texas, Nov. 18, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) has selected Lynn Dugle, president of Raytheon's Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS), as one of the organization's newest board members. Dugle, who begins her board membership this month, brings significant experience in the fields of intelligence and national security.

As the lead of Raytheon's Intelligence and Information Services business, Dugle is responsible for oversight of operational capabilities including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; advanced cybersolutions; weather and environmental solutions; and information-based solutions for law enforcement and homeland security.
Before joining Raytheon in April 2004, Dugle held officer-level positions with ADC Telecommunications. While based in Australia, Dugle was responsible for leading teams in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Previous international experience includes managing design and production facilities in Austria and Argentina.
Dugle began her career at Texas Instruments as a program engineer and rose to vice president of Quality for the Defense Systems and Electronics Group. While at Texas Instruments she held positions within manufacturing, operations, supply chain management, quality, financial analysis, strategic planning and productivity programs.
In addition to her role at INSA, Dugle is also a member the CyberPatriot Board of Advisors; the Clemson University, College of Engineering and Science Advisory Board; and the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors. Dugle earned two degrees from Purdue University: a Bachelor of Science degree in technical management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Dugle also earned a master's of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
