Raytheon to Showcase International Leadership in Aerospace and Defense Technologies at 2011 Paris Air Show
Hands-on demonstrations of technologies spanning "Innovation In All Domains"
WALTHAM, Mass., June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) will employ the latest in interactive exhibits, and has scheduled a compelling range of media presentations, to showcase its leading international position in aerospace and defense technologies at the 49th International Paris Air Show (June 20-26, Le Bourget, France).
At the Raytheon Exhibit Pavilion (building ST-F172) air show attendees will experience hands-on demonstrations of Raytheon technologies spanning "Innovation In All Domains … Air, Land, Sea, Space, Cyber." Highlights will include the debut of an immersive flight simulator designed to demonstrate Raytheon's capabilities in easily and economically upgrading the cockpits of fixed and rotary wing aircraft in service throughout the world.
Digital touch screens and Raytheon subject matter experts will deliver information on mission-critical technologies in strategic markets such as radar systems; integrated air and missile defense including Standard Missile-3 and Global Patriot; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems; space systems; net-enabled and cyberspace solutions; capability insertion and training; land combat systems; and more. The pavilion will be located near additional outdoor exhibits and the Raytheon chalet (building A306).

Raytheon is once again a major sponsor of the Transatlantic Rocketry Challenge to take place on Friday, June 24, at 11:00 a.m. with an award ceremony scheduled for 3:00 p.m. that day.
