Raymond Banks Elevated to Program Manager Role at Counter Threat Solutions

RESTON, Va., July 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Reston-based consulting firm Counter Threat Solutions LLC (CTS) announced that Raymond (Ray) Banks has been promoted to Program Manager. In this role, Banks will oversee the management and growth of several key contracts as well as the professional development of a cadre of CTS employees.

A retired Military Intelligence Warrant Officer with 20 years of experience in the U.S. intelligence community, including 16 years with the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Attaché Service, Banks joined CTS in September 2019 as a senior financial analyst.

Banks holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a dual Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Information Technology at the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Originally from Northern California, he has lived and worked in five nations across three continents. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
