Recall Summary

Name of Product: Rattan Arm Chairs

Hazard: The chair may tip or slide backward, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Remedy: Refund

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and return them to any Ross store for a full refund.

Recall Details

Units: About 560

Description: This recall involves Ross rattan arm chairs. The round chairs measure 48 inches high by 23 inches wide. The brown wicker chairs were sold with SKU number 400119000982 printed on a hang tag.

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received eight reports of minor injuries including scrapes and bruises.

Sold exclusively at: Ross stores nationwide from May 2015 through June 2015 for about $60.

Importer: Ross Procurement Inc., of Dublin, Calif.

Manufactured in: Indonesia
