MIAMI, Nov. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Raquel "Rocky" A. Rodriguez, who served as General Counsel to former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and currently serves as Managing Member of McDonald Hopkins LLC in Miami, was elected chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the state's Third District Court of Appeal for a term ending in July 2017.
