Rapid Fire Marketing: Medical Cannabis Management Signs Agreement with Second Non-Profit
CARSON CITY, Nev., Nov. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK) announced today that Medical Cannabis Management (MCM) has signed an agreement with a second California based non-profit entity. As mentioned in prior news releases, dialogs with several more non-profits are underway. Each of the first two agreements with non-profits are 5 year contracts from which MCM is paid for each growth cycle. Each growth cycle is approximately 12 weeks which means there are 4 cycles per year.
Each non-profit is required to obtain their own legal counsel for the duration of the contract. MCM has legal counsel in place and the parties are required to communicate and complete the agreement process before any business goes forward.
"It's a lot more than going door to door to sign up non-profits. There is a lot of legal work involved and it takes time," said Mike Amezquita, CEO of MCM. "I am sure that our shareholders will see the benefits of doing business the way we do it in time but for now, I understand their lack of patience. We are working hard each day here to bring on the best non-profit clients that we can and as quickly as we can but it has to be done correctly," said Amezquita.
