BOSTON, Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gibson Sotheby's International Realty was the only top ten firm in the state of Massachusetts to earn double-digit gains in marketshare in 2016. They yielded 40% growth to close the year with more than $1.5 billion in sales.

The firm closed on a number of record breaking sales including one the most expensive single-family homes in Cambridge, one of the most expensive condominiums in the Back Bay, one of the most expensive single-family homes in Brookline and more.
- 32 Bowdoin Street, a 4,364-square-foot Victorian in Cambridge, sold for $4,250,000.
- Residences at the Four Seasons, #1205/1209 sold for $8,875,000. The combined-unit encompassed 3,300 square feet.
- 1 Hillside Road in Brookline sold for just shy of $7,000,000. This prestigious estate was offering 11,408 square feet.
- 157 Dudley Road in Newton sold for $4,300,000. The 6,792 square foot home was situated on three beautiful acres.
