The continuing evolution and expansion of the contingent/temporary staffing industry has created an increased need for advanced contingent workforce management expertise. To help the market better understand best practices and innovative approaches to managing contingent labor, global talent leader Randstad Sourceright has partnered with Staffing Industry Analysts to offer the first ever Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) program.

Acting as a program advisor, Randstad Sourceright worked with SIA to shape the course curriculum, and better educate the market and advance innovative contingent workforce strategies. The first of its kind, this two-day intensive training program was designed to assess and enhance participants' contingent workforce program management practices and concepts and validate mastery of this area. To become certified, participants will engage in a series of course modules and pass a rigorous exam covering the best practices of contingent workforce management.
