Ilonka Jankovich, venture partner, Randstad Innovation Fund will present on 'Corporate Venture Capital and Partnering: A Balancing Act.' Jankovich will address the challenges and opportunities of working with HR tech startups and implementing technology. She will discuss the recent trend of digital transformation in the HR sector, tips for pitching strategic investors and Randstad Innovation Fund's main areas of interest, including online platforms, big data analytics, machine learning and sourcing, screening and selection tools.
