Randstad Appoints Three Key Executives to New Leadership Roles
ATLANTA, Dec. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Randstad, the second largest staffing and HR services company in the world, announced today leadership appointments that will accelerate its strategy of aligning the company's senior operating leadership with its primary industry verticals and priorities. The introduction of a new leadership structure in the U.S. will serve to enhance the company's cross-selling opportunities and go-to-market strategy moving forward.
Robert M. Dickey now serves as Group President, focusing direction on the Technologies, Engineering and Enterprise Solutions lines of business. He previously held the title of Executive Vice President of Technologies for Randstad U.S., Professionals, where he oversaw the division of Randstad focused on IT talent and solutions services. Dickey also managed the division's operational support departments and DB Concepts, Randstad Technologies' international recruiting arm. In his new role as Group President, Dickey will continue to drive growth and expansion of Randstad's market presence, including the national and regional sales efforts of the company's 65+ business units across the U.S. Dickey has been with the organization for more than 19 years.
After serving as Division President overseeing strategic/national accounts and on-site solutions for Randstad, Traci Fiatte has assumed the role of Group President. In this position she will manage Randstad's Office & Administration, Manufacturing & Logistics, In-house and Corporate Services operations. During her 17-year tenure at Randstad, Fiatte has held many leadership roles at the company and as Group President, she will expand her responsibilities to include full operational accountability for all company-owned operations in the U.S. She will draw upon her ability to recognize early trends and shifts in the industry and use them in the conceptualization and expansion of the organization's business lines.
Rebecca Callahan has also been appointed to the position of Group President. In this role she will oversee Tatum, Randstad's management and advisory services firm, Randstad Sourceright's recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) segment and the newly-formed Randstad Professionals brand encompassing The Mergis Group, Randstad Human Resources and Randstad Finance and Accounting brands. Prior to this new role, Callahan was President, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Randstad Sourceright where under her leadership the company received the industry's highest accolades, including top scores on HRO Today Magazine's annual Baker's Dozen list. Recognized as a leading voice for driving strategic talent optimization in the industry, Callahan will apply her more than 20 years of experience, encompassing sales, staffing and business leadership. In her new role, she will further differentiate the company as a market leader.
