CAXIAS DO SUL, Brazil, Nov. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Randon S.A. – Implementos e Participacoes (BM&FBovespa - RAPT3 and RAPT4), the controlling holding company of eight companies operating within the segments of vehicles and trailers/semi-trailers, auto parts and financial services, reports its results for the third quarter of 2015 (3Q2015) and for the nine first months of the year (9M2015). The financial and operating information of the Company, except when otherwise stated, are consolidated in accordance with the international standards of IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards and the monetary values are denominated in Reais.

• 9M2015 Total Gross Revenue, before consolidation, is R$ 3.1 billion, a drop of 24.2% as compared with 9M2014;
• 9M2015 Consolidated Net Revenue reached R$ 2.3 billion, 20.3% lower than 9M2014;
• 9M2015 EBITDA is R$ 140.4 million, 63.7% lower from 9M2014 and Adjusted EBITDA is R$ 214.0 million in 9M2015;
• R$ 3.6 million of Consolidated Net Loss in 9M2015, with a Net Margin of -0.2%, against Net Profit of R$ 162.4 million in 9M2014.

HIGHLIGHTS

The main highlights of the quarter were:

- Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 853.0 million on 3Q2015, 3.8% less than the 3Q2014 (R$ 887.0 million).

- EBITDA had, in 3Q2015, a drop of 55.8% compared with 3Q2014, reaching R$ 42.5 million, against R$ 96.0 million in the same period last year;

- Consolidated foreign sales reached US$ 43.7 million in the quarter, a decrease of 12.5%, compared with the same quarter in 2014;

- Consolidated Net Loss of R$ 4.5 million in the quarter and net margin of -0.5%, against Net Profit of R$ 32.7 million, or 3.7% of net revenue in 3Q2014.
