Randall-Reilly names Brent Reilly CEO; Mike Reilly to lead Board of Directors
TUSCALOOSA, Ala., April 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Randall-Reilly today announced current CEO Mike Reilly will assume the position of chairman of Randall-Reilly's Board of Directors. Brent Reilly will assume the responsibilities of chief executive officer alongside his current duties as president of the company.
In his new position, Mike Reilly will work alongside the Board of Directors and the company's executive team to build stronger client relationships. He will also work to maintain and guide Randall-Reilly's positive corporate culture at all levels of the company.
As president and CEO, Brent will expand his leadership of the company's executive team. In addition, he will continue to work closely with Mike Reilly and the Board of Directors to determine Randall-Reilly's overall business strategy.

Mike Reilly joined Randall-Reilly in 1975. During his time with the company, Mike has served in multiple leadership roles, such as president in 1984, as chief operations officer in 1988, and finally as CEO in 2002. Working closely with Pettus Randall, III he was able to expand Randall-Reilly's core business into B2B publishing and data. As CEO, he and Brent Reilly worked together to transform Randall-Reilly into a full-service marketing services company, including digital marketing and driver recruiting.
Brent Reilly's promotion to president and CEO of Randall-Reilly continues a long legacy of strong corporate leadership from both the Randall and Reilly families.
Brent Reilly joined Randall-Reilly in 2005 as sales director. He then worked a number of positions before being promoted to president in 2012. Brent completed his undergrad at Auburn University, and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama.
Randall-Reilly also announced that Shane Elmore, the company's chief process officer, is being promoted to chief operations officer. Elmore will continue to work closely with Brent Reilly and the other members of the executive team to foster employee alignment with corporate goals and execute ongoing business operations.
Shane Elmore joined Randall-Reilly in 2000 as treasurer. He also served as CFO in 2004 and was promoted to CPO in 2009. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with a BS degree in Accounting and Finance with honors from the University of Alabama.
