Ramoil Management, Ltd. (OTC:RAMO) Groupe Concorde Developments, Inc. on Romania ALF Updates & Developments
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GROUPE CONCORDE DEVELOPMENTS, INC. (GCD), would like to share more information and announce more updates regarding the AFLs under development in Romania.
Dragos Andrei Carp
Dragos Andrei Carp, has been an employee of Groupe Concorde Developments Inc since March 2010. Mr. Carp has obtained all permits for the first ALF – Sisesti. Effective immediately, Mr. Carp will assume direct charge and developmental control of the first ALF in Sisesti, Romania. Mr. Carp's duties will be to oversee and supervise the development in Sisesti along with identifying the locations for the next facilities. Sisesti topographic and pre-development measurements are to begin June 8, 2011.
The Final ALF Contract
All final development figures have been negotiated with the owners of the project for all ALF and Nursing Home Facilities across Romania (EUR 250 million) so that the binding MOU will be signed on either May 31st or June 1st, 2011. Also, on the same day, all final costs will be finalized with the material suppliers and contractors so that a more accurate profit margin can be reported. Presently, GCD has a realized environmental foot print of only 6% by using Light Gauge Steel frame and Light Geopolimer Crete construction materials. More GREEN technologies are expected to be employed in this development and this 6% figure may be reduced.
All projects listed above will be subsidized and supported by both the Romanian Government and European Union (E.U.).
Mr. Alex Taranu, Groupe Concorde Development's President and CEO is quoted as saying, "We are finally at the closing table on this our 1st development project together with our new parent company Ramoil Management. I look forward to signing the final contract in the coming 24 to 48 hours and will be reporting all completed contract to our shareholders in detail by the end of this week or early next week."
