LOS ANGELES, May 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ralphs Grocery Company, a division of The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR), operating in Southern California, announced that associates have ratified a new labor agreement with UFCW Locals.

The contracts cover approximately 18,000 associates working in 228 stores in Southern California. The contracts are with UFCW Locals 8GS, 135, 324, 770, 1167, 1428 and 1442.
