BOULDER, Colo., April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally® is the Top Midsize Employer in Colorado, says The Denver Post. In addition, Rally's CEO Tim Miller is one of only three executives honored as a Top Leader among the Top Workplaces winners.
The Denver Post's 2012 Top Workplaces is a new annual report based on surveys completed by over 25,000 employees from 178 companies, highlighting local organizations that strive for excellence in their workplaces. The surveys asked employees to score employers on a variety of measures, including appreciation of workers, direction, confidence in leadership, values and ethics, encouragement of ideas, competence of management, and pay and benefits.
"I'm passionate about maintaining the type of place where employees enjoy coming to work," said Miller. "Our commitment to building a great company depends on everyone being comfortable sharing ideas and opinions, so we continue to foster a culture where we treat each person as a critical part of our success. This award absolutely recognizes those core values."
