Rally Software Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
Shares to Trade on NYSE under Ticker Symbol "RALY"
BOULDER, Colo., April 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally®, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for managing Agile software development, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 12, 2013, under the symbol "RALY." In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock.
