Rally Software Adds Mark Carges and Tim Wolf to its Board of Directors
Company Bolsters Board with eBay CTO and Former Coors CFO
BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally Software, the leader in Agile application lifecycle management (ALM), today announced two appointments to the company's board of directors. The new appointees, Mark Carges and Tim Wolf, come from strong technology and finance backgrounds, respectively. Rally will leverage their deep experience to continue driving the company's rapid growth.
A seasoned technology executive, Mark is currently eBay's Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Products. Before joining eBay, Mark held several technology leadership positions at BEA Systems and received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from New York University and B.A. in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.

Tim Wolf is a deeply experienced finance executive who has consistently improved organizations' balance sheets through strategic cost reductions and cash generation. Tim served as Chief Integration Officer of MillerCoors Brewing Company, Global Chief Financial Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company, Chief Financial Officer of Coors Brewing Company and held several senior finance positions at PepsiCo and Disney. In addition to Rally, Tim is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Xcel Energy and is Chairman of eTown, a Boulder-based non-profit organization. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Harvard University.
