Rainmaker Names David Guercio Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

CAMPBELL, Calif., Aug. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading global provider of B2B e-commerce solutions that drive online sales and renewal for products, subscriptions and training for clients and their channel partners, today announced the appointment of David Guercio as senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Mr. Guercio brings to Rainmaker more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing and customer support for software companies spanning the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe..
