RadioShack Corporation Sets Date for Fourth-Quarter 2009 Earnings Announcement and Investor Conference Call

FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) today announced that it will host a live Internet webcast of its investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. EST on Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, to review financial results for the fourth quarter, which ended Dec. 31, 2009.

RadioShack will also summarize the quarterly and full-year results in a press release and file its 2009 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission at the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Feb. 22.

The live Internet broadcast may be accessed on the Investor Relations home page of the RadioShack corporate web site at www.radioshackcorporation.com.  The call is expected to conclude by 5:30 p.m. EST.
