Radian Hires Andrew Griffiths As Managing Director, Asset Management
OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Radian, on Monday, announced that Andrew Griffiths has been named its Managing Director of Asset Management Services, reporting to Eric Baller, Chief Operating and Technical Officer.
Andrew, a solar industry veteran of over 10 years, was the initiator of Recurrent Energy's Asset Management program. He oversaw growth of the operating portfolio from 1.6MW to 1.2GW of solar assets, with annual project revenues of $340M, and supported debt & equity project financings worth $7 billion. Following the company's acquisition by Canadian Solar he developed and led the Global Asset Management team to direct internal & external Asset Management functions and develop new revenue streams & value creation activities.

In his role overseeing the Portfolio and Financial Asset Management divisions, Andrew will ensure the holistic and seamless delivery of engagements across the two service lines.

Andrew earned a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the University of Bristol, U.K. in 1998 and holds a BS Honors Physics (First Class) also from the University of Bristol, U.K.
