NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio, Dec. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CommutAir named Radha Iyer as its new Chief Technology Officer, as the airline mobilizes to accommodate its planned four and a half times growth in capacity (as measured by available seat miles).
Radha joins the team from United Airlines, where she was the Director of Operations Automation and Innovation, responsible for key technology-enabled business initiatives in the areas of Airport Operations, Network Operations, Cargo, and United Express. She has a double Masters in Computer Science from Loyola University and Arts from Calcutta University. Radha's 20 years in aviation automation includes stints as an IT solution provider and then as an advocate for the use of innovative technologies to improve business processes and further key business initiatives.
