Rackspace CTO John Engates to Deliver Keynote at GalaxZ18

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenoss Inc., the leader in Software-Defined IT Operations™, today announced John Engates, chief technology officer (CTO) at Rackspace, as a keynote speaker for GalaxZ18, the fourth annual Zenoss user conference, to be held June 20-22, 2018, at the JW Marriott in the Live Monitoring Capital of the World, Austin, Texas.

Engates is an internationally recognized cloud computing expert and a sought-after speaker at technology conferences, including CA World, the Goldman Sachs Techtonics Conference, and Cloud Expo. He speaks on the future of cloud computing, enterprise cloud adoption, data center efficiency, green data center best practices, and more.

As CTO of Rackspace, Engates has played an active role in the evolution and evangelism of the Rackspace managed cloud strategy and solutions portfolio. He meets frequently with customers to hear about their needs and concerns and to discuss Rackspace's vision for the future of cloud computing.
