Rabobank's Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group Announces Two Hires: Hee Soo Yoon and Hemani Jadhav
RECRUITING PROGRAM TO SUPPORT GROWTH OF RENEWABLE ENERGY BUSINESS
NEW YORK, July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rabobank announced today that Hee Soo Yoon and Hemani Jadhav are joining the bank's Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance (REIF)-Americas business. The hiring of Ms. Yoon and Ms. Jadhav is part of the bank's active recruitment of experienced, qualified candidates to support the rapid growth of its REIF business and its goal to be a leading financier of renewable energy projects in the Americas.

Yoon joins the bank this week as Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst in the Credit Risk Management team, and will provide credit risk support for the REIF Americas business. She has a decade of experience in banking and energy finance. Prior to joining Rabobank, she worked at HSH Nordbank for five years, most recently as Vice President, specializing in renewable energy finance transactions. Before earning an MBA degree from New York University's Stern School of Business, Ms. Yoon spent four years as a credit officer for Citibank.
Jadhav, who joins August 15th as Vice President and Portfolio Manager, also brings 10 years of experience in energy finance. Most recently, she was a Vice President at Unicredit/HVB, focusing on Project and Commodity Finance. Prior to that, she worked on infrastructure and energy sector transactions at Citi, and in the Energy practice at Arthur D. Little. Ms. Jadhav, a CFA, earned an MS degree (Development and Agricultural Economics) at the University of Oxford, and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
Over the past two years, REIF-Americas has closed 24 financings for wind, solar and bio-mass projects in the U.S. and Canada, representing over USD 800 million in aggregate debt commitments for projects comprising over 2,600 MW of power generation. Rabobank is also active in renewable energy financing in Europe and Asia.
