Rabbet Launches MCP Connector to Turn Hours of Financial Analysis Into Minutes

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rabbet today launched a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector for Rabbet Development and Rabbet Construction Lending, giving AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT secure, read-only access to structured project and financial information in Rabbet. Users can ask questions in plain language, analyze budgets and draws, and compare information across systems using the financial information already structured in Rabbet.

The Rabbet MCP connector gives AI assistants access to the financial information needed to answer questions and perform analysis that previously required manual cross-checking. Users can ask about budget reallocations, reconcile financial information, analyze draw trends, and investigate potential red flags, with responses grounded in the structured financial record in Rabbet.

Quick Draw Fund Control, which handles fund disbursement, site inspections, and cost reviews for lenders, had started building its own MCP server before learning Rabbet was already developing one.
