public affairs firm embarks on major expansion of strategic communications practice with integration of 3 dog agency

WASHINGTON, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA) announced today that Matthew Dornic has joined the firm as a director in the QGA Communications practice.  The addition of Dornic to the firm's leadership team is part of a major expansion of QGA's strategic communications and public affairs capacity, which includes the integration of 3 Dog Agency, the media strategy boutique founded by Dornic in 2007.

Matthew Dornic has over ten years of experience in entertainment, news and online media. As president and founder of 3 Dog Agency, Dornic was responsible for business development, agency operations and acted as account director for Web and entertainment clients such as how-to video site, MonkeySee.com; DIY website giant, Webs.com; online shopping portal, Ebates.com and TriBeCa award-winning feature film, War Child.  

Before 3 Dog Agency, Matthew was the manager of media relations and creative services for Anystream Inc. where he spearheaded client, partner and corporate communication initiatives with organizations like MTV, MLB.com, IFC, Temple University, CNN, Arizona State University, Verizon and Case Western School of Medicine.  Dornic guided the company through two corporate acquisitions, multiple product launches and several business unit rebranding initiatives. He is a former broadcast journalist, the co-editor of mediabistro's FishbowlDC blog and a columnist for Capitol File magazine.
