QuickBase Launches Customer Training Program
First QuickBase-led training services help customers more confidently develop applications
NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- QuickBase Inc., a leading low-code application development platform provider, today announced a new QuickBase Training Services program with instructor-led classes and virtual sessions as well as self-service eLearning. Launched at QuickBase's annual user conference EMPOWER 2016, the organization held its first official training with more than 100 enterprise app builders.
According to a study by Forrester organizations can save an average of eight weeks in development time and $19,231 in resource costs per application by utilizing citizen developers with QuickBase.1 The new training offering will help customers improve their knowledge of the QuickBase platform faster and learn how to build more effective apps so they can expand the use of QuickBase across their organizations.
QuickBase training courses are based on extensive customer research and are progressive in nature. Specific course levels include: fundamentals to help customers build more effective apps; intermediate to help customers master more complex formulas and scale app ecosystems; and advanced to dive deeper into workflow automations and extending the platform for more sophisticated use cases. Courses are appropriate for customers of all technical levels, from line of business to IT.

QuickBase Training will roll out over the next year. Services include:
- Live Instructor Led Training: Available now, these two-day sessions offer hands-on support with in-person instructors to walk customers through the robust curriculum. Trainings will be held regionally or onsite at customer locations.
- Virtual Instructor Led Training: One-day, online sessions led by a dedicated QuickBase instructor. Virtual classes will be available in fall of 2016.
- Self-Paced eLearning: Online, on-demand training courses with pre-recorded learning modules. Self-paced eLearnings will launch in early 2017.
