Questar Welcomes Brad Baumgartner as new Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

(Questar) announced today that Brad Baumgartner has been named Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company. Mr. Baumgartner will head up the organization's domestic and international sales efforts, leading traditional product and scoring services marketing and the proposal process, as well as managing state relationships and partnerships. He brings vast experience in the education field to Questar, having worked extensively with states, districts, partners, and international groups. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Global Sales at ConnectEdu, an online service provider for career and college planning. Prior to his tenure at ConnectEdu, Brad worked as Director of Business Development at Ellucian (formerly SunGard Higher Education), where he helped educational institutions align information technology with academic strategic plans. He also served as Director of Global Business Development at Elsevier, a leading provider of scientific, technical and medical products and services.
