Previously, Ms. Eatchel served in numerous senior publishing, psychometric, and program management positions including successfully directing program management teams for 55 different clients across three lines of business.

Ms. Eatchel is a frequent presenter at domestic and international testing conferences and has served on testing boards across a variety of industries, including the Association of Test Publishers, the Conference for Food Protection, and the International Personnel Management Association - Assessment Council.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California at Davis and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University at Sacramento.
