Quesenbery Joins CCB Team as Enterprise Risk Manager
SOUTH HILL, Va., May 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CCB Bankshares, Inc., (OTC Pink CZYB) announces the appointment of Christy F. Quesenbery as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Manager. Christy specializes in Information Technology and Compliance as it pertains to community banking. With over thirty years of banking experience, Quesenbery brings experience in a broad range of functions including but not limited to Information Technology, Loan and Deposit Operations, Compliance, E-Banking, and Human Resources.
Christy is a 1980 graduate of James Madison University, 1994 graduate of Fredericksburg Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership School, and a 1997 graduate of University of Virginia's Bank Management School. Prior to joining the CCB team Quesenbery served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Information and Security for Bank of Virginia, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of Virginia Partners Bank, and Vice President, Compliance and BSA Officer of The National Bank of Fredericksburg before being acquired by PNC. Christy has contributed countless hours as Director and former Chairman as FIS National BancPac Advisory Board, Organizer, Director and former President of Northeast BancPac Users Group, Member of Infragard Richmond Chapter, Director and former Treasurer of FBI Citizen's Academy Alumni Association, and Accounting Instructor for American Institute of Banking.
