BIRMINGHAM, Mich., June 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Quarton Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Schloop and Doug Shinkle.
Matt Schloop joins Quarton as a Director. He has over 14 years of middle market merger & acquisition experience across many industries, with a particular focus on industrial manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. Prior to joining Quarton Partners, Mr. Schloop spent eight years with Pfingsten Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Mr. Schloop also held positions at Mesirow Financial and P&M Corporate Finance prior to joining Pfingsten. Mr. Schloop graduated with honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Doug Shinkle joins Quarton as an Analyst. Mr. Shinkle has three years of corporate finance experience and previously worked at Ducker Worldwide. Mr. Shinkle graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
