COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Health, the Columbus, Ohio-based health plan management firm, announced that it has appointed Jim Stark to be Executive Vice President of Sales. "We are extremely fortunate and excited to have someone with Jim's experience lead our national sales effort," said Kara J. Trott, Quantum Health CEO. "He is a key expert in the national health plan industry, and his experience both strategically and leading sales will be invaluable to propelling Quantum Health to a higher level in the market."
