Quantum Health Announces New Executive Vice President of Sales

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Health today announced that Michael Formica has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, effective January 1, 2017. In the past year, Formica was instrumental in adding several marquee clients in the large and jumbo group market, which led to Quantum Health's highest increase in enrollment in its history at a 45 percent year-over-year growth.

Formica joined Quantum Health in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Sales. As the leader of both the regional and national sales teams, Formica worked closely with the executive and marketing teams to develop business goals and implement sales and communication strategies.

Formica earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jim Stark, Executive Vice President of Sales since 2008, will be stepping down after 45 years in the healthcare industry. Over the last nine years, Stark has played an integral role in building the sales infrastructure for Quantum Health, including successfully deploying its national sales efforts after incubation of the company's innovative consumer healthcare navigation model.
