Quantum Closes MVNO Solution Contract
Build and operate Virtual Mobile Network for a large DIY chain

Quantum Telecom Inc. d/b/a Forum Mobile (Nasdaq: QTMI), a global MVNE - provider of network and business support systems for MVNOs - announced today signing new agreement to build and operate virtual mobile network for a large, Israeli based Do-It-Yourself chain MVNO. Forum Mobile expects to launch the new network within 4 months.

This is the a new MVNO Forum Mobile will be providing services to, following the successful deployment of Forum Telecom Inc. (an affiliate of Forum Mobile) in the US.
