HOUSTON, May 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE:PWR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable July 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2019.
