QualiSystems Appoints New Chairman of the Board

SANTA CLARA, California, February 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

QualiSystems today announced the appointment of Avery More as chairman of the board. In this role, Mr. More will work closely with CEO Lior Koriat to guide QualiSystems' growth.

Mr. More has founded technology startups, managed publicly traded corporations and led mergers, acquisitions and IPOs for over 20 different companies. Mr. More is also executive chairman for Vidyo, AeroScout, WaveBender, BuzzStream and a board member for SolarEdge. More will be able to apply his strategic direction and vision which has led previous companies, such as CompuCom, which he founded, to becoming a $1 billion publicly-traded company.
