BELLEVUE, Wash., March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrant Homes today announced it is building a new community in the desirable West Campus area of Federal Way. Wynstone at West Campus will open March 11, showcasing distinctive home plans and designs from Quadrant's all-new Revolution Collection.
Only 44 home sites will be available in this community, featuring beautiful Craftsman exteriors and spacious interiors. Many homes will feature spacious daylight basements, courtyards, master-suite decks and three-car garages. In addition, every Quadrant home in this community will be built to Northwest ENERGY STAR® specifications as part of Quadrant Homes' continued commitment to the environment and reducing energy costs for homeowners.
Located just 25 miles south of Seattle and eight miles north of Tacoma, the Wynstone community includes open spaces, public trails and parks. Residents will be within walking distance of the King County Aquatic Center and minutes from Dash Point and Salt Water State Park. In addition to the many outdoor interests, the new community is close to the headquarters for Weyerhaeuser and World Vision, and just 30 minutes from Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
"We are thrilled to be building our newest community in such a highly sought after area of Federal Way," said Mark Gray, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Quadrant Homes. "We're most excited to be able to show homebuyers in Federal Way what our 'Built Your Way' approach to home buying is all about. We are committed to giving people a home built precisely to their order, with a level of service throughout the process that no other builder can match."
New home prices for Wynstone will start in the $200,000's, and feature more than 2,000 square feet of living space, nine-foot ceilings, oversized bedrooms, luxurious master suites, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The community will host its opening on March 11. The model home is scheduled to open in May.
Homebuyers may also qualify for the innovative Quadrant Assurance program, which combines 24 months of free mortgage payment protection in the event of a job loss. This is combined with the Built Your Way promise that, if a homeowner isn't completely satisfied with their home on completion, or if it was not built to their order, they don't have to buy it, period.
