Quadrant Homes' New 'Built Your Way' Approach Offers Personalization and an Unprecedented Guarantee for Northwest Homebuyers
New approach to the home-buying process developed in direct response to research showing the preferences and needs of the Northwest homebuyer
BELLEVUE, Wash., Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Driven by research revealing the state of the Northwest homebuyer, Quadrant Homes is starting 2011 with an entirely new take on the home-buying process. The company recently unveiled what it calls the "Built Your Way" approach to home buying, bringing a level of customization never before offered by a large-scale Northwest builder. Also new is the Quadrant Assurance program, which includes mortgage protection for homebuyers in the event of job loss, along with Quadrant's promise that if a homebuyer isn't completely satisfied with their new home in any way they can walk away from the deal up to the point of closing and will receive all their money back.
Setbacks in the housing market have changed buyers' purchasing perspective in general, but thorough research showed that as the market changed, so have the expectations and needs of the Northwest homebuyer. Quadrant Homes listened to the feedback from homebuyers and revised much of its product line, with new exterior looks and enhanced interior designs. But most importantly, Quadrant Homes is factoring in the behavioral changes and expectations of how Northwest buyers want to be able to personalize their homes far beyond the level of features and appliances.
"For over 40 years, we have continually evolved with the needs and buying behaviors of the Northwest homebuyer," said Quadrant Homes president Ken Krivanec. "Built Your Way gives the customer a home built precisely to their order, along with a level of customer service throughout the process that no other builder can match. We guarantee it or the customer doesn't buy it."
Part of Quadrant's new approach includes new floorplans from the Revolution Collection, which feature beautiful Craftsman exteriors with front porches and spacious interiors that include luxurious master suites, hardwood floors and white painted millwork. Customers can further personalize their homes through Quadrant Homes' state of the art New Home Showroom and the ability to work with a design consultant to alter the floorplan to have the home suit the buyer's needs. Tours of model homes in the Revolution Collection are open daily to interested homebuyers.
Quadrant turned to noted national interior design firm HRi Design for inspiration on the interiors, who incorporated a wide variety of textures and finishes into the models to create a memorable home shopping experience. Buyers will see creative details in kids' rooms, master bedrooms that feel like an upscale hotel, and furniture that accommodates the needs of growing families without sacrificing style and flair.
"We collaborated with Quadrant's design team to develop contemporary details that addressed the way people live today – large kitchen islands, and open, interactive informal spaces," said Dawn Duhamel, Director of Client Insight for HRi Design. "We were very inspired by the team of professionals at Quadrant, and their commitment to developing a new direction. We carefully space-planned each room to ensure we maximized livable space and created rooms that appeal to a wide variety of families in the Seattle market."
