This prestigious award recognizes innovation, talent, leadership, and overall success of individuals like Gianino before the age of 40 whom now joins an elite business network of Elite 40 under 40 alumni and other Oakland County political leaders.

There were over 500 applicants vying for the elite class of 2015. The top 40 recipients of the Executive Elite 40 Under 40 received acknowledgment at the State of the County Address on February 5, 2015.
