Qstream Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of Tech Industry Veterans to Key Product Management and Engineering Roles

BURLINGTON, Mass. and DUBLIN, Dec. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Qstream, makers of sales acceleration software that uses science, data, and mobile technology to ignite high-performance teams, today announced the appointment of two new members to its executive leadership team. Responsible for defining and executing the company's product vision and roadmap, Sandeep Soman joins as vice president of product management, and Alan Molloy as vice president of engineering. Both are industry veterans with considerable experience driving continuous product innovation in successful SaaS startups and other fast-growth tech companies.

Based in Qstream's Burlington, MA, headquarters, Sandeep Soman has more than 20 years of product management and software engineering experience. Most recently he served as senior director of product management for CA Technologies' Identity-as-a-Service platform, where he honed his skills in building products designed to win in highly competitive markets. CA Technologies acquired his previous employer, startup InteQ Corporation, where he was instrumental in developing and bringing to market a SaaS service management solution. While at InteQ, Soman also played a key role in establishing a managed services practice that was later acquired by CSS Corp.

With a proven track record of business and engineering leadership, Alan Molloy also brings over two decades of experience to Qstream. Prior to this, he led a team of 250 engineers responsible for all Internet and in-bank technology at Allied Irish Bank, Ireland's largest bank, and scaled high-performance engineering teams at Paddy Power, a popular Dublin-based ecommerce business, and Fineos, providers of financial services technology. He also spent several years as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company. Based in Dublin, Molloy will head Qstream's extensive R&D operations.
