Qqest Second Annual CONNECT User Conference a Sold-Out Success
Workshops, Discussions and "Tomato Session" Inspire Collaboration, Innovative Solutions
SALT LAKE CITY, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On May 4 - 6, Qqest hosted its second annual CONNECT TimeForce User Conference in downtown Salt Lake City. The sold-out event helped TimeForce customers from across the country connect directly with Qqest trainers, product developers, designers, support staff, and even the company's CEO.
CONNECT featured break-out sessions on TimeForce's time and attendance features and functionality; in-depth workshops on the technology behind the solution; tips for new users; training on advanced tools for power users, and; interactive roundtable discussions that allow users to choose topics most important to them.
"CONNECT is an excellent venue for collaboration that helps both customers and Qqest," said Dave Chivers, vice president and chief information officer for Alexandria, Virginia-based VSE Corporation. "TimeForce users asked questions, and even recommended enhancements directly to the developers and engineers. We also received a preview of the TimeForce product roadmap, which makes planning much easier. I really do feel like a partner in making TimeForce and the customer experience better. The conference is a win-win for everyone who participates."
In addition to the learning that took place between TimeForce users and Qqest, attendees gained insights from one another. "The Tomato Session was one of my favorite parts of the CONNECT conference," said Zana Raybon, assistant executive director for Tallahassee-based Florida Engineers Management Corp., (FEMC), a non-profit group that oversees licensure, exam taking and disciplinary actions for all professional engineers in Florida. "As a brand new TimeForce user I had lots of questions. The wide-open format of the session encouraged customers with more experience to really dig in and ask tough questions I would never have even known to ask. The conference was a great resource for me."
CONNECT also provided training on recently released time management products such as the mobile application for TimeForce II users with smart phones. The TimeForce mobile application with its GPS feature allows customers to better manage employees like carpenters, electricians, landscapers, drivers and home care nurses who work outside an office environment.
Conference-goers toured Qqest headquarters in Sandy, Utah, and celebrated Cinco de Mayo at a TimeForce Fiesta. In addition, they were able to learn about valuable add-on products from the CONNECT conference sponsors: Telliris, M2SYS, and Schedule Anywhere.
