SALT LAKE CITY, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Qqest hosted its first-ever TimeForce user conference April 22 – 23 in downtown Salt Lake City. The event was limited to just 50 TimeForce time and attendance customers to give each person maximum one-on-one time with Qqest executives, product developers, designers, support team, and their peers.
Qqest staff offered tips, hands-on training, and glimpses into future time and attendance development plans. Highlights included:
- Qqest President and CEO Burke Plummer introduced new products, services and solutions, including the newest addition to the Qqest family, Qqest People Services. People Services provides HR and benefits administration services.
- Breakout sessions gave a glimpse into the future of TimeForce II, including add-ons, features, and what to expect from the new application.
- Hands-on workshops and roundtable discussions focused on TimeForce features, including Time Clocks, Schedules and Shifts, Reports, Job Tracking, and Accruals.
- The Tomato Session, a no-holds-barred discussion with the TimeForce product development team.
- VIP Casino Night, where attendees let their hair down and just had fun dining, and playing Craps, Black Jack, Roulette, and arcade games for prizes—and bragging rights.
"I'm so glad I attended the TimeForce user conference," said Robin Haswell, payroll administrator at Alta California Regional Center. "I enjoyed hearing from Qqest staff, and learning from my colleagues at other companies as well. Hearing how they are using the application gave me some great ideas, and made me realize all the new ways we can utilize more features at our company."
After the success of this year's event, Qqest plans to hold additional User Conferences each year. "For other TimeForce customers considering whether or not to attend next year's conference, I'd definitely recommend that they go and enlighten themselves," said Chris Baca, branch manager at Colorado East Bank & Trust in Denver. "They'll learn so many things that will make their companies more efficient; so many things that will make their lives easier."
As participants in the inaugural TimeForce user conference, attendees will be known as the TimeForce Founding Fifty, and will help frame the development of Qqest's time and attendance solutions, service, and forthcoming user conferences.
