SANDY, Utah, Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Qqest Employer Services is announcing the expected launch of the IQ 200 time clock in the IQ Series in November. Without complicated functions, users can benefit from the sophisticated capabilities, such as a USB port that allows punch data to be downloaded and transported to TimeForce II for calculation.
The IQ200 is the perfect timekeeping solution for employers that are looking to perform basic functions, such as time and attendance monitoring, even when they are used in locations where Ethernet connections may not be available. As a result of this capability, employers can move the time clocks as necessary within one business location or across multiple sites.
Rather than losing crucial recordkeeping data detailing employees' punches if internet connections are not available or systems go down, businesses can use the USB flash drive installed in the device to transport information back to the Timeforce system for downloading. The IQ 200 clocks allow employees to punch on and off the clock at the beginning or end of shifts, for meals and breaks, and the data is then sent directly to TimeForce.
Additional system features include a small terminal footprint at just 1.65 pounds and 8.75" x 8.25" x 1.5" dimensions for easy mounting or that can be transported or moved as necessary, as well as a 3" x 1" bright LCD screen for easy viewing that can display 4 lines containing 20 characters each. It also includes an on-board battery that provides 20 days of backup, so employee punches are never lost.
The IQ200 also incorporates a number of functions that make it easy for employees to quickly punch in and out for work, such as a 20-key keyboard that includes 1-9 numeric, CLEAR, ENTER, MENU, Lunch and Meal/Break keys. Additionally, it allows various entry methods, including bar code badge, magnetic stripe badge, HD proximity, Qqest proximity badge and keypad entry for PIN punches, so employers can use their preferred method for tracking attendance.
The IQ200 also includes multiple methods of connectivity, so employers don't have to worry about keeping the terminal plugged into a stationary location, allowing Ethernet, USB Flash Drive or Wi-Fi connections.
Qqest is dedicated to ensuring employers have the highest performing and most reliable tools for their timekeeping and payroll processing needs. The company is unique in its guarantee that the IQ200 is designed and manufactured in the United States to uphold those qualities.
