Bob Rosin has joined Qik as the Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development while Allyson Campa is the new Senior Vice President of Marketing. These two new hires confirm Qik's progress in the mobile video market and position the company to develop aggressively through 2010 and beyond.
Qik is a leader in the mobile video space, enabling smartphone users on Android, iPhone, Symbian, Blackberrry and Windows Mobile platforms to capture and instantly share videos from wherever they might be. Qik's newest service, Qik Video Chat, allows for real-time video conversations between two people over wifi, 3G, or 4G wireless networks, and is seamlessly integrated with Qik's video messaging and sharing services.

Before Qik, Rosin worked at OQO as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He has played various integral roles such as managing sales, marketing, business development, venture fund raising, and corporate development. In his new position, Rosin will lead the company's partnership initiatives with the top carriers and mobile phone providers worldwide. In addition, he will manage strategic relationships with key players in Internet media, consumer electronics, and mobile communications sectors, and help guide Qik's corporate development.
Prior to joining OQO, Rosin was founder and president of Bang Networks, Inc. and also was a senior business planner for Sony's interactive set-top box products in both Japan and the U.S. Rosin speaks fluent Japanese and holds eight patents related to network technologies and user interface. He has a B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School, where he won the Dubilier Prize for Entrepreneurship.

Most recently Campa was CMO at SuperSecret, a popular online game for tweens that attracted 3 million players during a single summer. Campa has a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
