DENVER, Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- QEP Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: QEPM) ("QEPM" or the "Partnership") today announced that the Board of Directors of the General Partner of the Partnership declared a cash distribution of $0.26 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2013. The quarterly distribution will be paid on February 14, 2014, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 4, 2014.

QEPM also announced today that its 2013 tax package, which includes the Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), will be available online on March 5, 2014, and may be accessed via QEPM's website at www.qepm.com under "Investors/Unit Information." Prior to March 5, 2014, unitholders can go to the link above and register to receive an email notifying them when their tax package is available for download. In addition to registering for an email notification, unitholders can also elect to receive their tax package electronically, in which case a paper copy will not be mailed by QEPM. On March 31, 2014, QEPM will commence mailing of the tax packages for any unitholders who have not previously elected to receive them electronically.
