QEP Midstream Partners, LP Announces 2013 Schedule K-1 Availability

DENVER, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- QEP Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: QEPM) ("QEPM" or the "Partnership") announced today that its 2013 tax package, which includes the Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), is now available and may be accessed via the Partnership's website at www.qepm.com under "Investor Relations/K-1 and Unit Information".  For unitholders who do not elect to receive their tax packages electronically, QEPM will commence mailing the paper copies of the tax package on or about March 28, 2014.
