Previously, she served Q1Media as Director of Product. In her new role, Tobias will lead efforts to enhance Hydra, Q1Media's supply side programmatic ad platform as well as further develop the company's line of highly viewable and impactful ad units.

Tobias is a graduate of the University of Texas with an MBA in entrepreneurship from the McCombs School of Business.
