PwC's Scott Hefter Awarded for Excellence in Leadership by Consulting magazine

PwC principal and former PRTM Global Managing Director recognized as a Top Consultant for 2012

NEW YORK, May 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced that Scott Hefter, a principal with PwC, was chosen by Consulting magazine in its annual list of "Top 25 Consultants" in the category of "Excellence in Leadership." As former Global Managing Director (GMD) with management consulting firm PRTM, Mr. Hefter played a key role in helping guide the integration of over 700 PRTM global consultants into PwC following PRTM's acquisition by PwC in August 2011.

Mr. Hefter is a seasoned consultant with over two decades of experience in management consulting. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Hefter was the Global Managing Director (GMD) of PRTM, where he was responsible for driving the firm's operational strategy and growth objectives. Prior to his election to GMD, Mr. Hefter co-founded and ran PRTM's U.S. Government and Public Sector practice in addition to managing the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to that, he ran PRTM's Telecommunications and Electronics business, where he led teams serving clients in both the U.S. and Europe. Over the course of his 25 years in consulting, Mr. Hefter has worked with clients in over 20 countries.
